Business Academy

Gain on-the-job experience that will help you decide if you’d prefer your career to start with an apprenticeship – rather than at uni. You’ll contribute to real client projects and learn from our apprentices, while discovering what it’s like to work with some of the world’s largest businesses.

What is the Business Academy at EY?

It’s our way of helping you decide how you want to start your career. You might not be sure about going to uni, but if you’re equally unsure jumping into the world of work, join us for a week. By spending time in our teams, you’ll discover what we do and have lots of opportunities to speak to our current apprentices about their decision and experiences so far.

What will you be doing?

You’ll support our team on real client work, learning alongside our apprentices. You’ll also see what it’s like to work with some of the world’s largest organisations, while picking up new skills through tailored training sessions across the week. Best of all, you’ll have a head start on developing the business skills you’ll need if you decide an apprenticeship is right for you.

Entry requirements

You need to be in Year 12 (UK) and S5 (Scotland) and on track to achieve three A-Levels, five Scottish Highers or the equivalent, by the time the programme starts.
