What is a Trainee Change Manager?

At Lloyds Banking Group, we are constantly finding new ways to positively impact our customers. As a Trainee Change Manager, you’ll be helping to support the projects that put us at the forefront of that change. This means working collaboratively with different departments across the group to ensure that we are on course to fulfil our vision: to help Britain prosper.

What you’ll do

The Trainee Change Manager programme is a fully paid, Higher Level Apprenticeship with a professional qualification that typically lasts 15 months.

As a Trainee Change Manager, you will:

  • Support internal teams to deliver projects
  • Manage stakeholders and the communication needs of projects
  • Support the management of projects, identifying risks, issues and mitigating actions
  • Monitor projects and refine them where necessary
  • Prepare and maintain project plans and schedules
  • Assist in project activities

In this role, you will be supported to learn and develop, and you’ll be expected to be up to date on internal change initiatives and how we can use them to improve the experience of our customers.

Entry requirements

  • Grade C or above in at least five GCSEs including English Language or Literature and Mathematics
  • And 96 UCAS points, or equivalent
