Our Corporate Degree Apprenticeship involves spending 3-years rotating between teams at Hilmore House, where decisions are made, (our central office in Bradford), developing new skills and working towards a degree while preparing for a brilliant career within our outstanding food retail business.

Achieve a valuable degree and the start of a great career

Join us as a Corporate Degree Apprentice and make an impact on our business through getting involved in exciting business projects. You’ll progress through a series of placements, before choosing one area to specialise in during the final year, in areas such as:

  • Wholesale
  • Corporate Services
  • Online
  • Marketing
  • Loss Prevention
  • Property

As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll also be studying towards a BSc (Hons) Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Bradford. Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging. To support your learning, we'll offer study leave to complete university work stress free. At the end of the 3-year scheme, Apprentices could be prepared for a specialist role and have gained a full chartered membership of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

Make good things happen

Our apprentices get access to all our employee benefits, including a holiday buying scheme, contributary pension scheme, store discounts and MyPerks. This is a reward and benefits scheme that updates regularly with new and exciting offers. Here’s what could be available:

  • 24% cashback on JustEat
  • 6% cashback on Ticketmaster
  • Cinema tickets from £4.80

We also operate a 4.5 day working week in Hilmore House, offering the chance to spend time in the office, focus on study at home and develop your teamworking skills in our stores.
