What do you do on a daily basis?

I am on a 3-4 month rotation within the BPM Platform so I can be writing and running test cases to developing a site and organising focus groups.

What do you enjoy most?

I enjoy the people I work with, everyone supports each other and a good working environment makes a huge difference.

What skills are necessary to perform well?

Communication and confidence – always ask questions and speak up if you don’t understand something. Be confident with your ideas especially when communicating them to your team or manager.

What advice would you give to someone applying to NatWest?

Explore all options and don’t sell yourself short, NatWest look for people with all kind of skills so if you don’t have a technical background that may not matter.

How has NatWest's apprenticeship scheme affected your career prospects?

NatWest has given me the opportunity to earn and gain on the job experience while studying. I prefer practical learning so it is a perfect match for me.
