A typical working day will depend upon the area of the business in which you are placed, however irrelevant of where in the business you work, you will be trained by experienced employees who are keen to pass on their wealth of knowledge to the future of our business.
You will receive on the job training from our experienced employees at Martin-Baker. You will attend the college of our preferred training provider to be taught Advanced Mechanical Engineering L3 New Standards or Technical Support BTEC L3 New Standards. You will receive support and mentoring from the Training Department of Martin-Baker.
