Rising Stars Programme
We created our Rising Stars Programme to take the raw talent out there – the entrepreneurs, the go-getters, the driven individuals – and offer them a structured programme to build their skills and give them the foundations for a future in the recruitment industry.
Our Rising Stars are supported by our very own learning and development team, on-the-job coaching and visits from external tutors. Our first course offered was the Recruitment Apprenticeship, as recruitment is at the heart of what we do. We have now expanded into other areas of the business and offer range of apprenticeships. So, whether you like speaking to new people, getting your head into paperwork or pride yourself in delivering excellent customer service – we have the apprenticeship to help you reach your potential.
