About Monaghan Mushrooms

Monaghan Mushrooms is one of the world’s largest substrate and mushroom companies. We are a vertically integrated agribusiness, which means that we have control over the whole production process. We produce the compost for growing mushrooms, as well as growing, harvesting and packaging the final products that are delivered to supermarket shelves.

Headquartered in Co. Monaghan in Ireland, our operations span Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe. We employ over 3,500 people (291 at the Whitley site).
