The company specialises in producing high quality mouldings; therefore, the main bulk of staff are composite engineers, many are able to work with both Polyester and Epoxy, Wet Lay-up, Vacuum and Resin Infusion. There are a few specialist Shipwrights who carry out plug/fitting work and vacancies become available accordingly.

CML are a Lloyds Assessed company (who inspect us weekly), work is weight controlled and there is an element of record keeping, the atmosphere is relaxed but everybody gets on with their work at a comfortable pace and always to a very high quality.
