What could I do?
Business to Business
Business-to-Business is where you get to learn about the relationships we build out of the public eye. That could mean working with other networks to get customers the best deals overseas, working with our Corporate acquisition team or looking at the new machine to machine technology market. The potential for change is huge.
HR is just as modern as you’d expect in a business as progressive as EE, so get ready to learn the latest people policies and practices across the board. You could be discovering the business benefits of our HR Partnering model or working to improve our employee relations procedures. Finding out how we create an outstanding employee experience or working out the best ways to reward our talent.
Our Sales teams are at the heart of our amazing service. How we set up our stores to maximise sales; what our ee.co.uk shop looks like; how we keep our products and services bang up to date; how we create the most enjoyable customer experience. You’ll learn it all from the best. Then you’ll make it even better.
All our UK systems and networks – mobile, broadband, fixed line, information and entertainment services – are supported by the team in Technology. It’s the ultimate high-tech environment, a real melting pot of ideas and an incredibly inspiring starting point for technically-minded apprentices.
Brand and Marketing Apprentice
Earn whilst you learn with our 15 month Apprentice scheme. You’ll cram a lot into your time here, learning how we create and share the incredible world of EE. One rotation could see you discovering what it takes to attract new customers and keep existing ones coming back for more. The next could see looking at how well different channels are performing. Whatever you’re doing, you’ll be using the EE story to inspire customers and employees alike.
There’s no need to choose between earning and learning. EE's brand new Retail Apprenticeship means you can do both, and become one of the new stars shaping the business while you’re at it. EE’ll be taking on Apprentices in a selection of 700+ stores up and down the country, so there’s sure to be an opportunity near you. But wherever you join the team, you’ll do all the things the Customer Advisors do as you enjoy 15 months of formal learning and on-the job training. After six months, you’ll get the chance to earn some fantastic bonuses and, by the end of it all, you’ll have picked up a Level 2 qualification in Retail as well as some great skills and experience.
