What do you do on a daily basis?

On a daily basis I attend various audio calls with my team located in London & India, together with working on tasks that contribute to the completion of project deliverables given by my Task Manager.

What do you enjoy most?

I enjoy the independency of the work given. I am able to use my creative flare, together with my ability and enjoyment of problem solving to deliver work in the given timeframe.

What skills are necessary to perform well?

Good communication skills are essential and extremely important within the business, as much of the work is collaborative over different areas of the bank. Time Management is also a very useful skill to have as an apprentice - balancing workload and college studies.

What advice would you give to someone applying to NatWest?

Be open-minded about your apprenticeship - every experience is different!

How has NatWest's apprenticeship scheme affected your career prospects?

The opportunities are endless at NatWest therefore I'm excited to see where completion of the apprenticeship will take me!
