Yes. Mainly developed existing skills which has given me an in depth knowledge of the role I do now.

A lot of support. I have been given access to management documents no problems at all to assist with my training. My direct line manager has also been very supportive.

Go for it. Even if you are unsure of where you want to go. There are a lot of different avenues to go down and a lot of people to help guide you
