Leading a team of sales people to manage relationships with National Customers and grow their spend.
So far I've refreshed leadership techniques and learnt new ways to develop my colleagues. The current module is about Strategy - and I'm enjoying bringing this concepts to life.
It's tough juggling the day job, personal commitments and and study but positively I can see it making a difference in my performance.
It's been great, huge support network ranging from mentors through to peers - all on hand to support.
As much as I need. I'm fortunate that my managers and my team are all have my back and are there to support.
With monthly Masterclasses, weekly Webinars and directed independent reading I couldn't ask for much more.
It's given me an opportunity to stand back and analyse how I perform, realising what I do well and finding areas where I need to re-focus.
We have a great team spirit and regularly do things away from work, we've been to comedy nights, football matches and most importantly - down the local pub.
