  • support finance team to manage costs conduct analysis and provide insights attend meetings/shadow other parts of finance work with other parts of Finance to ensure our accounting complies with accounting standards and external requirements complete apprenticeship learning plan e.g. attending workshops, attending classroom sessions, meeting with talent coach, adding to my development portfolio, prepping for exams.

  • 10/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is well structured and organised, clear agenda as to what is going to be done. Sometimes there is slow communication with learning coach.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot. Employer is very encouraging of employees reaching out for help and having loads of dedicated teams and resources to assist with this.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Tutor's are really good in the way they teach but sometimes communication can be slow with training coach via emails etc.

  • Equips me with the right knowledge and skills needed to carry out my role / day-to-day job

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes plenty, both within my immediate team as well as the business as a whole there are always things going on that allow for a good social balance at work and opportunities to network and meet new people
