    • Quite a lot. Training provider is great, company value your development, there is a lot of support

    • Very well. Everything is timetabled for the whole programme and it is a reasonable timetable

    • A lot. Study leave is generous and on-the-job development is good because experienced staff are always willing to assist, and we get a development coach
