  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe that the school leaver program is still very new. it lacks structure. People are little informed about the program, thus, it may be difficult to find the right person to talk to. I believe my managers are not so well informed on what the program entails.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A good level of support is received from the employer for exams. However, less so for the assignments. I believe there is usually a good amount of support on jobs, but it totally depends on which senior you work with.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Very badly. I believe this salary would be appropriate for someone who doesn't pay rent. Once I have paid all my costs, I am left with about £100 to spare a month. This means that I am not able to go on holidays or go out. I do like my job but I find the salary extremely demotivating. However, I do take into consideration the amount spent on my training.
