  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • We aren't really informed about any opportunities there might be, there is one girl on the scheme in HR who is given lots of information about external courses ect and funding to do these, but I only know about these courses through her.

  • 9. Would you recommend Mondelez to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Although the scheme is a lot of hard work the working environment is really good, everyone is very friendly. The scheme is also a good opportunity to gain a degree without the debt that comes along with it and gain vital work place experience for a weel known global company.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mondelez?
  • Don't apply if you are not willing to work hard or if you want the university lifestyle. Other than that just be yourself and try to get some basic business knowledge before you start otherwise the university course is a big step up.
