EUC Developer Review

My Job Title is 'EUC Developer' and my daily tasks invovles developing and maintaining applications for the Fixed Income business. This Requires to have meetings with the end Users and gathering specifications to what they require in the business.

I have gained Qualifications, including City and Guilds and also CompTIA whilst on the Training Course Externally. I have also been in Internal Courses which develop my business knowledge. I have also become more professional and developed essential skills including communication skills and other relevant soft skills that invovles my job role such as developing an application in a timely manner and deliveringin tight deadlines.

The Company has been very helpfull in building my business knowledge up throught the internall courses. My team has also helped me fit in the work pace and make me feel confident on what I am doing. I thoroughly have enjoyed the Course and its been very beneficial for me.

M&G Investments have made me feel very valued. Everyone has treated me like normal employees and not as an Apprentice. I am appreciated from everyone.

My programe was very organised. I had induction to the course which helped me get a taste of the Scheme. The training has been very helpful in developing me professionally. The support was always their when needed.

The support was always their when needed. the supporters are always willing to help when asked.

The company is always there for support. Whenever I ask a question to the manager or HR, I always recieve an answer and they are happy to answer any question and give me advice that will help me in my future. My Manager is always willing to help me with my career.

The Salary has met my costs when I started my Course, inclusing Living Costs and travel costs.

Therer are many oportunities outside work. There are Summer/Christmas parties and also events such as sport activities.
