I am a Security Analyst where I daily write Security Documentation for applications and run risks analysis for Government Clients. I work in a team but have my own individual responsibilities.
I am currently undergoing a Business Management Degree.
I find the degree side of things less interesting and sometimes less organised however the work side of the program is brilliant and I thoroughly enjoy this side of it.
Managers show appreciation and the company has an internal recognition scheme.
There is a week long induction when the program begins which can seem like an overload but is very useful. There isn't too much work training because you are doing your degree however there are mentors to support you and most project managers are supportive of the scheme.
There are mentors and buddies who support the overall program and an overall people manager to support you at work.

This has recently improved this year with a change to the pay packages as part of the degree program.
More opportunity for travel would be great however understand this is difficult with the degree side of things. There is a sports club which seems pretty good.

Due to the combination of learning at work mostly.
