  • My confidence has increased hugely. I have developed the skill to efficiently run meetings, and be able to confidently present to some of the most senior members of the firm. • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It has been a great programme. From a job role perspective, you are viewed as an equal member of the team. The programme goes above and beyond your day-day role, and gives you great opportunties. One of which was that I was put forward to take part in the Round The Island race, which was a great opportunity.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is a very well structured programme. The initial process is a 2 week bootcamp to become familar with the other apprentices, and the basics of JP Morgan. From here you have a strong network, and a good mindset when entering the workplace. Once you're in the workplace, you have constant support, and are regularly involved in activities above and beyond you day job to ensure you recieve a good exposure across JP Morgan.
