    • There is so much oppertunity to develop yourself. In 3 years I have gone from knowing nothing to advanced knowledge in industry leading areas.

    • I love the work, the team, and the culture. I meet my expectations and has opened lots of doors

    • Very valued, we get to do some amazing things.

    • Well enough to guide us but flexible to allow us to lead our own career.

    • Yes, giveback to the community is a fundamental feature to the culture of IBM. It allows us time away from work to help others and ourselves.
