I work in DMT (Domain management team) where we set up live like environments ready for testing on a day to day basis.
I had limited IT knowledge before starting within my apprenticeship but know i have been here a number of months i amaze myself at how much i have learnt. i now have technical skills and have even passed my IT essentials course.
I enjoy my programme massively as everyday i am taking part in differant pieces of work
I feel i am valued at Fujitsu highly
At the start it was not very organised at all but now things are starting to roll along smoothly.
I recieve support from my training provider but not as much as i would like.
I receive huge amounts of support from my employer! My managers and team help me a lot and i am very appreciative of this.
My salary is fine
Every other week my team go for a night out so i feel there are plenty of oppurtunities

It is a very good organisation to work for where you can gain a huge amount of knowledge and i have also met some very nice people.
ALWAYS ask as many questions as possible!
