put out deleviries before target time on picklist given by the managers process transactions through the till with customers shopping
I've developed my confidence when i interact with the customers in store
i enjoy the program as its well organised and everyone in the team treats me with respect and is always there to help me out if im ever struggling
i feel very valued by aldi as they are always helping me improve my work skills and effort and accuracy in the work place so i can be the best employee i can possibly be
the program in the beginning wasnt well organised as i never knew when my tutor was visiting but since ive had a sit down with my tutor its improved a fair amount as i always know when she is visiting and what i need to complete for her
i receive a large amount of help whenever i am in need of it as i am able to contact my tutor various ways.
the employers help me out alot if im struggling or if i need a little nudge to put a little more effort and focus on the task at hand
the salary is something i can live with as i live round the corner so i walk to work and i live at home so im not having to pay lots out each month. Id say its good enough for me as im in a stable place.
Nothing linked with the company but i do attend the gym when possible but thats something ive done since i was in high school so its nothing linked with aldi
Yes
Good team behind you in store Good salary 4 weeks in advance rotas well organised
interviews are fairly simple just make sure you look into the business a little and dress to impress (suit) but not over the top and speak clearly and pronounce you're words correctly. make sure you are able to get to and from work at really early/late hours in the day. Also make sure you can wake up at 6am and put out 10 pallets or produce which isnt easy as it contains alot of heavy lifting and at speed to complete for the target time.
