  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
  • interviews are fairly simple just make sure you look into the business a little and dress to impress (suit) but not over the top and speak clearly and pronounce you're words correctly. make sure you are able to get to and from work at really early/late hours in the day. Also make sure you can wake up at 6am and put out 10 pallets or produce which isnt easy as it contains alot of heavy lifting and at speed to complete for the target time.
