  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is extremely well structured, this is especially when it comes to days where it is programme led and not just Business as Usual led. Although it didnt start off as well especially when we were the first year of Apprentices, it was soon quickly reorganised and structured to a high standard leaving me in the end with well recognised qualifications.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • We received a lot of support from our training provider as they were constantly on hand not only just to teach us but guide us through what we wanted and needed to know in order for us to understand exactly what we were being taught. They also helped and were understanding, especially when we had lots going on at one time.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My costs are very low as I live at home for the moment. The salary is far more than I need and is allowing me to save up and get on the property ladder. This is a huge boost for someone my age especially when it's not so easy to not follow the obvious route of University.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Outside of work there are tonnes of opportunities to get involved and to experience life outside of work. Plenty of times in which I can go and help in the local community and join sports teams to further my networking.

The Bank has a great name and is so widely respected, the opportunity should never be turned down if it arrised.

  • Don't ever think that you can't apply, always make sure that you are well equiped and have increased your knowledge of what the bank does. Most of all, make sure you want it, because that will come across.
