  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I currently work in GACH. This involves me working with clients to manage direct debits and standing orders. These clients are based largely in Europe. With these payments being set up , I also ensure that none of which are already existing and therefore could overlap and lead to payments being made without a clients desire.

  • I have learnt many new skills such as touch typing and a better ability to take notes faster. These skills can be transferable to many other aspects of my life and are incredibly useful. • I think my programme is very well structured. With my split of working days and studying I find that the structure works well to ensure I get the most out of both aspects and progress through both. As well as this, I feel the programme is well structured to prepare me for my job after the programme has finished.
