On a day to day basis, you are running a multi million pound turnover per year business unit, and while you train you cover all roles within the store to see how everywhere operates

Organisation has developed, my communication skills also as well as confidence

Thoroughly enjoyed the training programme!

You are sent on courses to help you develop as well as different opportunities constantly arising

Throughout your programme there is a clear plan of how long you should do in each attachment, very organised

Very good salary at my age, and after being signed off, is a very competitive wage
