  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • There are days that are fairly relaxed and easy going and the social side at the college is fun, although there are plenty of other days that are stressful and/or boring.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by JLR?
  • Being a Higher Apprentice, I feel like I am necessary to the company and that they are investing a large amount of time and money in to developing me for the future. For this reason I believe I am valued.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Seeing as we are only the third year to have a higher apprenticeship program, there is still a large amount of fine tuning to be done. Training and Induction over ran and we are not as well informed as I would like.

  • There are always plenty of events happening although our work email is the one that receives these invites and that can only be accessed at plant so we do not get to hear about them.
