  • Associate - auditing - interaction with colleagues within EY which range from my level to managers to partners on occasion - daily communication with the clients - carry out different aspects of the audit work - worked on various clients small to large.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • training toward ACA qualification - internal audit training - time management skils - communication skills and how to present myself and communicate with the clients and management.

  • the teams ive worked with have been very nice and the culture is a nice one. everyone is open and value your effort - exceeded my expectation

  • very valued - been awarded recognition award by manager for the effort.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • clear structure with time off for college for ACA qualification - clear system with counsellor and buddy - always supported with someone more experienced.

  • counsellor and buddy and external support from ICAEW and from the college tutor is very good - enjoyable experience

  • always someone to talk to for support - a lot of support from counsellor and buddy and peers and all members of team are willing to help.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • who wouldn't want to get paid more but a good start to my career. lunch cost can be pricey with clients in London. travel can cost a lot as well but is reimbursed from the company.

  • if you want to get involved can get involved with sports and clubs and networks.

  • be confident and be yourself in the interview - research the company beforehand and understand the vision2020 initiative
