  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work in the SMB space, assisting my manager with organising events and the administration that comes along with this. I interact with Microsoft partners on a daily basis, as well as colleagues within my team and in the office. When attending events I also demo some Office 365 features so occasionally I also interact with customers. My responsibilities include organising SMB events and liaising with partners involved.

There is no problem when asking for help as everyone is aware that I am here to learn, which makes working enjoyable. Microsoft's apprenticeship programme has exceeded my expectations as I didn't expect to have as much responsibility and I am treated as an adult which makes me want to prove myself more!
