Induction was well structured and provided a insight into what the company does and how each of the business operates.

Training was on-going throughout the Apprenticeship, with fortnightly day release training sessions and course work to complete and meet the courses criteria.

We had our own team buddy, that supported us in own day role and acted as a mentor in our knowledge and career development.

in total the programme was organised at the start, slipped of path a little at the midway point and then geared near the end where the support and help was amazing to achieve the certification and rewards.
