My role is to develop and coordinate sales in the London SE region. This will involve discussing current and future projects with contractors ensuring that with my help they can deliver a project on time.

The skill of active listening I found very useful and interesting

I enjoyed the course as it enabled me to learn new skills, and forced me out of my comfort zone with the help of my coach

The program was well structured with built in flexibility to allow for busy work schedule

My employer supported me through out the process

The qualification gained will give me more confidence but putting into practice the skills learnt will be most useful

We organise networking events on a regular basis for supply chain and customer base
