My job role is a Shopper Marketer and I help produce Artwork and Campaigns for the Post-it and Scotch Brand alongside design agencies. I also support with driving online optimisation from SEO through to Content optimisation.
I have learnt how present and deal with customers more confidently. I have also learnt how to work effectively within a team. Lastly I have learnt how to analyse and make suggestions based on data.
I love how everyday is different and everyday brings new challenges. The programme also helps push myself and learn more and more about myself each day.
It is very well structured with monthly meetings with my tutor and I have a catch up session every 2 weeks with support team at ATA Apprenticeships. This helped and allowed me to overcome my struggles that I had with family at home and I could not have carried on with my apprenticeship if it wasn't for them.
I have great support from my employer and my manager. I have regular weekly catch ups with my manager which allows me to express my feelings and stay on top of my work load.
I receive great support from my training providers CIM. I have monthly catch ups with my tutor to ensure I'm on the right track and they are great at ensuring I understand the work that is required.
My level 6 marketing course has allowed me to understand marketing theories and how to put them into work. I am now able to identify theories and practices I have learnt about used in my day to day role. This allows me to fully reflect on what I have learnt.
I have joined the regular 5 a-side football game on Monday nights as a way to connect with other people that work at 3M. 3M also have a football club that play on sundays in the local football league. We also do many team lunches and dinners to boost moral.
