  • Working alongside a software development team in application management support, monitoring the service manager for incidents. Analysing work loads and creating reports/user guides/documentation for systems.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Level 4 city and guilds in IT. BCS in Business Analysis Practice. ITIL foundation certification. Attended many soft skill training courses spanning over 12 weeks. My knowledge in IT and its infrastructure has improved vastly. My confidence of working in a professional environment and assisting a team in completing projects effectively.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Some hiccups with the apprenticeship company but allowed me to gain a qualification whilst in work, liaise with other valuable contacts and have some great opportunities offered to me.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Atos?
  • Great working team and opportunities offered. Management are enthusiastic and inspiring with their innovative passion. Looked after by the company with expenses and benefits. My own path way has been created to suit my needs most.

  • Fairly organised. Some communication problems [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Low support as too much work load on their part. Work to be completed and handed in was rushed at the end of the programme.

  • A lot of support from mentors, management and team members. Guidance on the most suitable path and how to get there.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Was promised more but sadly our promotion was due at the end of the financial year.

  • Some but I do not get involved other than the Christmas party.

  • Yes

  • A large company so has a lot of benefit packages and a vast array of jobs available on some interesting accounts.
