  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is reasonably well structured between workplace learning and in centre training. However, we had been in the company for a month and had already done 2 weeks in centre training before we had our in centre induction. Apart from that it is well structured.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I am mixed on this as although they are supportive during the training blocks, the assignment deadlines are fairly erratic. A lot of assignment deadlines clash from the competency units and the assessments from centre. A lot of people have required extensions to stop assignments mounting up.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Our employer lets us take time off projects to complete any coursework that is due which is a valuable activity. This is because although project work is important, ATOS want to make sure we get the necessary qualifications therefore adjusts our schedules to fit our QA work.
