  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role involves being a coordinator for the London Apprenticeship Ambassador Network (LAAN). I collate employer activity and input this into our business plan and quarterly reports. I also write blog posts, case studies and manage the social media accounts, and attend ambassador meetings and events. We also work closely with the apprentice side of the network and the chairs for the Apprentice Ambassador Network.

  • I would say that my programme is very well structured. • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. My managers are all fantastic and professional individuals, and I really enjoy working with them. I am also assigned a mentor within TB+A, to have someone to talk to who does not directly work with me. My colleagues always have a positive attitude when being asked for help, and I'm very grateful for the support system that I have around me.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel as though my course has helped me deliver my role better as I know more about business processes, and the functions of each aspect of the business.
