Managing a team of 10 - delivering team meetings, leading 1:1 meetings. Building relationships with stakeholders, improving processes in place. Training and upskilling team members.
I did learn new skills which I have implemented into my day to day job and also, improved my existing skills, like organising, planning ahead and prioritising tasks.
The program was really good and added a lot of value to my development. I had a lot of support from my mentor and the manager during the period of studying.
The program was well organised, I had a lot of support and received all the required information for all subjects we have discussed.
I have received a lot of support from my management team. We had regular meetings and they have ensured that I have time away from work to complete all my assignments.
My mentor was exceptional. She was very understanding and supported me all the way through and provided all required information for any assignments.
After completing my training course, I feel more confident in what I do on daily basis and gained new knowledge allows me to develop as a professional even further.
