  • Managing a team of 10 - delivering team meetings, leading 1:1 meetings. Building relationships with stakeholders, improving processes in place. Training and upskilling team members.

  • I did learn new skills which I have implemented into my day to day job and also, improved my existing skills, like organising, planning ahead and prioritising tasks.

  • The program was really good and added a lot of value to my development. I had a lot of support from my mentor and the manager during the period of studying.

  • The program was well organised, I had a lot of support and received all the required information for all subjects we have discussed.

  • I have received a lot of support from my management team. We had regular meetings and they have ensured that I have time away from work to complete all my assignments.

  • My mentor was exceptional. She was very understanding and supported me all the way through and provided all required information for any assignments.

  • After completing my training course, I feel more confident in what I do on daily basis and gained new knowledge allows me to develop as a professional even further.

  • The business has plenty of projects running which allows colleagues to join and add value to the business.
