Performance manage a team of agents in an inbound call centre. To motivate and engage the team to generate sales revenue by making bookings and upselling food, breakfast and meal deals.
I have developed my emotional intelligence and learnt how plan a project and the content required.
As it was on the job learning I really enjoyed the learning.
My tutor was very organised and regularly set up meetings explaining what was required.
As I work in a reactive environment there were times that I was not able to complete my work however I was given the times to catch up
I received a lot support from my tutor
The material allowed me to re-fresh my knowledge and I was able to introduce idea's that I had forgotten about.
