  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am the Showroom Sales Manager at City Plumbing in Chelmsford. I have appointments with customers, designing and quoting for their future bathroom. I order the goods in, arrange delivery to the customer and make after-sale calls. I see the customer journey from start to finish.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme has been rocky in some parts. Once I was able to have a call with my coach and clear up some questions I felt better.
