  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As a Sales Administrator, my daily tasks involve compliance checking learners files, creating enrolment documents, completing a screening call to ensure they are eligible to enrol and ensure all necessary documents are filed correctly. I also receive daily calls from people all over UK with different queries, which I direct to the appropriate staff members of LMP Group.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I definitely feel like working at LMP has helped me develop my communication skills, as well as increase my confidence in it. There have been many training courses available that I have attended which helped me gain more confidence in performing my tasks, understanding the courses that we offer and the systems that we use.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My current programme has been very informative and useful for the tasks that I perform on a daily basis. The different types of work that I am being set to do - such as presentations, written work, discussions etc - make the course more interesting. My colleagues are very supportive and always happy to help.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe my programme is well structured. I always know what my tasks are for the month, what I am learning about and how that contributes to my daily tasks. I am always informed when my next tutor session is happening well in advanced and my tutor is always happy to answer all my questions.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My line manager as been extremely supportive during my programme, she's always been happy to answer my questions, give me time to complete my studies and help when I am stuck. The rest of the team also encourages me to get in touch with them if I need any help.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor is always happy to help me and answer my questions. She is also very patient when answering many of my questions and gives great advice. I have also been provided with resources from my tutor to help with my studies which is always extremely useful. I also receive feedback monthly to see which areas I am doing well, and where I can improve.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Through the modules that I am currently completing, I have been able to understand further what LMP does, their aims and values, how my role and work contributes to the team, what policies and legislation are in place and more information about stakeholders. This has been extremely helpful as these modules teach me how to communicate with different stakeholders and helping me develop my communication skills. By understanding what we do, I've been able to positively represent the company and learn more about how organisations work.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • LMP offers many extra-curricular activities. During mental health awareness week, certain staff members created presentations for each day with useful information regarding mental health. We also have well-being session every month as well as many training sessions offered throughout the year. There are also team meeting organised to provide appropriate training.

  • 9a. Would you recommend LMP Group to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • LMP has been very supportive and helpful during my enrolment process, answering any questions that I had. During my programme, my tutor has been great at explaining me all the modules, making sure I understand them and that I am ready to complete work for them. All staff members are super friendly.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Group?
