  • As part of my roll I supported the recruitment officers. I checked daily who needed connect calls/outcome calls. I supported on extra projects, such as the team who organised fun activities for the team to keep moral high in lockdown.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes, as this was my first working experience I have learnt better communication skills between different levels of seniority. I have developed my presenting skills to large audiences. I have learnt different software functions and how they work and most effective ways to work.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have really enjoyed it. It was definitely challenging working virtually and not being able to meet the team. However, there were many positives and it helped improved my technological skills and forced me to learn how to keep myself focused.

  • It is well structured and there is always things to do and improve upon.

  • LOTS! There is always someone there to talk to. You have a buddy from the start who you can chat to about personal or professional issues, or just chat. You also have a career coach who helps you develop yourself professionally.

  • I didn't work towards a qualification.

  • Loads! It was difficult with the pandemic to get involved as they weren't always being run. However, there were plenty of groups to chat with and get involved in and they pushed to make sure you felt included.

  • Yes

  • Such a nice culture. Lots of benefits. Extremely kind, welcoming people.

  • Listen to the advice they give you before you apply - it's useful and often people don't listen!
