  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

    • As a financial crime analyst my role was to help fight money laundering. PwC really strengthened my knowledge on AML and the ways to identify and prevent money laundering, PwC did this through providing excellent training on AML. On a day to day basis I investigate the legitimacy of businesses.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • I had a very small amount of knowledge on money laundering, through PwC training i know much more on AML. The skills I have developed and worked on include identifying money laundering and helping to prevent it. My time at PwC has allowed me to build on my people person skills and my appreciation for team work.

    • I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at PwC and hope to stay on with the business in the future.

    • very well organised, as a business placement student i felt like a valued member of the team.

    • Understand the PwC values, everyone ive worked along side in PwC definitely carry the PwC values with them throughout their work.
