    • Supporting residents base on care plan with personal care, shower, oral care, shaving, dressing, pad change, hair care. Supporting residnts with food choices and drink choices. Doing activies with residents, help with residents emotions and making sure residents are safe, environment safe and tidy.

    • I learnt new skills as well as developed exising skills through internal training courses, both face to face training and Elearning, I learnt about health and safety, topical medication, presure ulcer prevention, end of life care, dementia awereness, safeguarding and protection of adults, food safety, fire safety equality and diversity

    • I enjoy the programme because I learnt how to work as a team, it met my expectation and I enjoy the programme

    • The programme is organised but some times delay

    • The qualification helps me perform better in day to day role because I have able to put what I learnt into practice.
