Oversee the smooth running of day to day activities in the hospitality sector. To assist upper management with their responsibilities whilst also keeping on friendly terms with all staff to be able to assist them in any problems they are facing
I've learnt many skills in my apprenticeship, as well as developing more in depth abilities to assist my day to day role!
It was superb with great guidance with my trainer, I really enjoyed my time doing the apprenticeship!
Very well structured and with the support of the trainer to keep me on track it never felt like I was getting lost in the work
My general manager and assistant manager offered loads of help to areas where I was uncertain as well as make time so I didn't feel a burden on them with my meetings
Could not speak more highly of my trainer, honestly couldn't have done anything more for me, and was very patient when I needed a bit more time grasping certain areas!
It has broadened my horizons and I not only better understand how to accomplish my tasks more efficiently, but I am also able to better understand why certain things are done the way they are
Being part of a young team, there are plenty of social gatherings with the staff which I am always very keen on joining in.
