  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The challenge of moving to the online environment has meant that it has been very much focused on completing the assignment and not as enriching as being off site and in a learning environment. I have enjoyed the challenge and still manage to make some good connections and has reignited my learning passion

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Induction and first sessions really well organised with the two years set out well. Managed to stick mainly to dates when moving to online although with some push back to certain areas which was listened and acted on. Time is provided by work to complete assignments and for me to have time off the job.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Time is the main aspect of support along with providing feedback sessions through 360, stretch job opportunities and additional internal courses. Manager has been present at all reviews, local HR manager checks in on progress and the business overall are encouraging. Challenge would be the support is lacking on what comes next...
