build and strip components for race and dynos
working on high performance powertrains working with HV ect
the work is interesting but the people I work with make the work enjoyable
I have felt valued in my first department by the manerger and supervisors.
the program has been fairly well organised after a small hiccup at the start of the process due to sempta changes.
SEMPTA provide a lot of support with meetings drop in sessions ect
support is always available
it has been tight for the first 6 months but due to the pay rise it will get better eventually
Northampton is close and there are occasional company events.

this is a industry that requires the want to work in formula 1, as such I would not recommend it unless the person wants to work in F1
be prepared to work hard
