  • My Role is to work with my TDO and complete all training required to be able to work at a required standard, meet deadlines and demonstrate understanding of working in the health and social care sector.

  • I have learnt about different pieces of legislation and information governance.

  • I love my job and plan to continue in this sector to help improve the quality of life of individuals with who live with mental health issues and learning difficulties.

  • I have a meeting with my TDO once or twice a month to discuss our progress and what needs to be achieved.

  • My TDO is always on hand to offer support via phone or email and we have a meeting via zoom once or twice per month

  • My TDO is always happy to help if i required any support

  • it gives my the opportunity for promotions and i gain further knowledge that should help me in supporting vulnerable people

  • organise time. try to work our days in a row so that you can have a few days off together to complete work
