  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • My understanding of the query tracker has greatly improved as I now regularly upload my queries on time and I am giving good explanations to why these invoices cant be matched, which helps to resolve the query must quicker. I have also been given more responsibility recently in terms of the Lynch monthly conference call as I have been trusted to go on this call myself without any support, which has allowed me to gain a better knowledge of the Lynch statements and invoices and as a result the amounts of invoices outstanding has significantly dropped in the last few months.

And I am looking forward to the future within Balfour Beatty where I can hopefully take on more new and more challenging responsibility.
