My role is to develop software and leverage cloud based solutions to provide customers with what they want. On a day-to-day my role includes scrum ceremonies and working with a team to complete stories
Software development was completely new to me starting at Fujitsu so basically everything I learn is new, which extends to how we work through agile and networking skills
Very much so, there’s plenty of work to do and also ample opportunities to develop yourself and push your career in the direction you want
The programme can sometimes feel like there isn’t really a direction to it from a Fujitsu side, solely due to the fact that there isn’t enough work for everyone in our team
More than enough, be it through company benefits or extra support for learning and development
