  • I have to take calls from customers on a daily basis around any problems they have with their current sky account. I do my best to work out solutions to see what's best for the customer and provide the best service.

  • I have learned loads of new communication skills since starting the apprenticeship as well as confidence.

  • I really enjoy my programme as its fun, I love talking to customers.

  • Our Sky apprentice programme is structured very well.

  • I receive loads of support from Sky about any issues or problems I have during my programme, they are fantastic

  • I receive a lot of support from training provider and have monthly meetings to receive feedback.

  • I feel it helps me perform better as it gives me a lot of advice and helps me before on my day to day role

  • We have lots of different activities such as team time, take 5 and time to learn
