    • I work on 2 projects; Project 1 - Work on valuations, cost report, cost plans go on site walks etc Project 2 - More of a overview commercial role, overseeing the commercial side of many projects worldwide for the client

    • I have learnt so much in under 2 years, before I stared I wasnt really sure what a cost consultant did but now I am independent at work on the whole

    • I enjoy it a lot, I have great support at Mace from the Emerging Talent Team but also my individual team

    • Very Well, there is structured training we receive a timetable for at the beginning of each academic year. They organise reviews multiple times a year

    • I receive full support from my employer

    • I receive support from LSBU, some people within the Uni more than others

    • I am only in my second year but I havent used much of what I do at work at uni

    • They have communities to join and people organise lots of social activities

    • Yes

    • Because the apprenticeship programme is great, it is well structured and you have lots of support and opportunities to further your development

    • Understand your role best you can before applying so they know you're interested in the job
