  • Yes, over the past couple of years I went from knowing nothing about my job role to being able to do it on a daily basis.

  • I quite like looking at figures so I do enjoy what I do. Mace have also been very supporting throughout the programme so far.

  • I have regular reviews with my manager and he asks whether I need help with anything and offers advice.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Mace are very supportive towards apprentices and I have noticed this from day 1 and my colleagues are approachable. "There's no such thing as a silly question."

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • 8/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I personally feel that it helps in an apprenticeship to have the one day release method. Therefore, I can study on one day and then be applying the knowledge I learnt the next day.
